So I've gotten my systems back up and running. Now my laptop's screen is dead. Comedy gold, that. Get one comp up, the other goes out. Ah well. I've made some glorious headway on my artwork in the meantime.

I've begun posting my first full comic ever... The concept of which dates back to late 1995 or early 1996. I'm posting it here: crystalkids.smackjeeves.com/

In other news, I had a refreshing trip to the Virgin Islands last month. St. Thomas to be specific. The rum is never gone! I had a blast between the sightseeing, beaches, wildlife, snorkeling, shell hunting, paragliding, window shopping, and of course, testing out the local fare (I had the BEST shrimp and lobster pasta in my LIFE). We also stopped by St. John on one day, and after snorkeling off of Leinster Bay, we stopped by a small shopping area and found a small bar called "The Tap", which boasted a home-brewed root beer, ginger beer, and a root beer rum, all of which were superb. It was overcast nearly our entire trip, save for the last day when the sun came out and fried us all lobster-red despite our caked layers of sunblock. Smatterings of brief torrential rain came down in visible walls on a couple days, much to our amusement.

Oh, I also got my hands on Zelda 3DS when it came out. Very fun, that.
